A Peer Assembly brings business professionals together to discuss common business issues and discover ways to deal with them in their own business.
At a Peer Assembly, you’ll listen to guest presenters who will help spark discussion of a particular business challenge. You’ll listen to other business leaders facing similar issues. You’ll share your experiences and ideas that have worked for your organization. Along the way, a Peer Circles moderator keeps the discussion focused and productive. And at the end of the session, you’ll leave with actual protocols that you can easily put into action in your own business.

Each Peer Circles meeting is hosted by one of its participants. The responsibility as host is to bring a point of discussion to that meeting. Examples might be dealing with a long-time employee or partner who is no longer productive. Or it may be that they need capital.
